Do we accept your dental insurance?

We are considered “out of network,” but most insurance companies make reimbursements according to their payment schedules. Most insurance policies allow you to choose your own dental office, which we believe is an important choice. In some cases there may be a little more out-of-pocket expense for an out-of-network office, but there are also situations in which out-of-pocket expenses have been less with our office thanks to our conservative treatment approach. If you are uncertain whether you can go to an “out-of-network” provider with your insurance policy, we encourage you to contact the dental insurance company. Our team is also happy to help you determine your coverage.

In general, we ask for payment of the expected patient portion at the time services are rendered. We will tell you the estimated amount before your appointment so you can know upfront, and any difference will be reimbursed or billed after the insurance payment is fully processed. As a courtesy to our patients, we file insurance claims for you and work to get the proper reimbursement to maximize your benefits. If you are interested in the cheapest dental care you can find, then we are probably not the right fit for you. If high-quality dentistry and patient care are important factors for you, however, we provide all of that with reasonable, fair fees.
